INCREASE is a Leadership Conference for the youth aimed to develop a greater understanding of their gifts, talents, and ability to lead NOW!Over this 2-day conference, they will hear from guest speakers who will challenge and empower young people to leave with a confidence to influence their world.

In the sporting world, you often hear the phrase, “We are just going to take it one game at a time.” In other words, don’t get too far ahead of yourself otherwise you’ll miss what’s right in front of you. A sporting season is a bunch of weekly challenges that if done correctly, with the right intent, dedication and passion, will give you the best chance to finish the season with success. Leadership could be seen in the same way; one step at a time with intent, dedication and passion will see you fulfil your God-given purpose with success. 

Young people are regularly encouraged that they have the potential to do something BIG with their lives. Sometimes this can create unhealthy pressure and cause young people to feel overwhelmed.
